have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
comply with all applicable laws
If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
the legality of the data you submit
ensuring you have the right to process email addresses
how you use the validation results
By using mails.expert, you represent that:
your data is lawfully obtained
you have a valid legal basis to process it
you comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for:
spam, unsolicited communication, or bulk email abuse
validating purchased, scraped, or незаконные базы данных
phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
any activity that violates applicable laws
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if such use is detected.
6. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
Any activity performed under your account is considered your responsibility.
We may suspend or terminate access in case of:

7. Payments
mails.expert operates on a prepaid or usage-based model.

All payments are considered final, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.

Email validation results are based on external systems (DNS, SMTP servers, third-party infrastructure), and:
may be incomplete
may be delayed
may not reflect actual deliverability
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or specific outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability

loss of profits
indirect or consequential damages
Your use of the service is at your own risk.
10. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of any data you submit.
mails.expert processes your data solely to provide the service.

11. Intellectual Property
All rights to the service, including software, infrastructure, and technology, remain the property of mail.expert.
